The following diagram goes over the process if one of the manufacturing facilities from Microsoft has an accident resulting in it shutting down. The company would need to go through and figure out what the loss to the company would be and how fast they can be back up. They need to transfer production to another site and then proceed to fix the original site. From here they need to build new procedures and protocols to ensure the event does not happen again. From there they will finish the fixes and proceed to move production back to the original site. after a final review of the new facility and procedures they will begin production and finalize everything.
The Sales strategy that would come form this is that the company would have little impact since the manufacturing would be moved to a new location. The products would continue to be shipped and little to no sales would be hurt in the process.
